OEE · Andon · Board

Every minute of downtime — seen, coded and resolved.

An OEE system built for Macedonian factories. Runs on the shop floor, no cloud, on devices you already have.

Demo: a plant board with six machines changing status live — running, down, andon. A stop is first uncoded, then coded, then resolved.

You know you are losing. You don't know where.

  1. Stops are written on paper at the end of the shift — if at all.

  2. “The machine was down” is not a reason. Without a reason there is nothing to fix.

  3. The technician finds out later than they should, and the manager last of all.

  4. OEE data is collected by hand in Excel, and nobody trusts it.

One stop, visible on every device — instantly.

  1. 01 Second 0

    Tablet

The operator codes the stop with two taps.

CNC-03 stops at 09:12. The system opens the stop by itself — the operator only picks the reason: Machine fault → Hydraulics.

  2. 02 Instantly

    Phone

The technician gets an alarm on the phone.

After one minute of a fault, andon goes to maintenance. If nobody accepts within 10 minutes, the call escalates to the next level.

  3. 03 Live

    Shop-floor TV

The board on the wall shows the stop live.

The whole plant sees which machine is down, why, for how long, and whether someone is on the way — no searching the hall.

  4. 04 Same day

    KPI

The manager sees it in the KPIs the same day.

34 minutes down, response and repair time — recorded on their own. Shift OEE drops and starts to recover as soon as the machine runs.

Try it as an operator

Code a stop in two taps — on your phone.

Scan the code: your phone opens the operator screen. The machine is down, you pick the reason.

Three reasons for MachineTakt

On the shop floor, not in the cloud

Mini-PC, PostgreSQL, Windows service. Data stays in the factory and the system works without internet.

Andon with escalation

If nobody responds, the call moves to the next level after the minutes you set. Notifications on personal Android phones too.
